Are you looking for a great theme for a teen girl birthday party?! I was just hired to do henna tattoo and teach belly dance for an Indian/Bollywood theme where the girls dressed up in fabric learned to belly dance and then I decorated their hands, arms or feet with henna. I know mom’s and dad’s that its hard to see your little girl turn into a teenager! Teen parties can be the most difficult to plan. Because you want something not too old and not too young for your “teenager” – something that will look great in photos and will make your daughters friends excited to come!? I will help you plan and execute the most unique and fun birthday party in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware for your teenager based on age and interests. I guarantee your party will be the talk of the town and or school... This party got me thinking about adding “Themed Party Packages” to my website.
I had a client by the name of James contact me saying he had planned on attending an annual Kotoricon at Rowen College in Glouster County in the month of January. He told me he had planned to cosplay as an anime character from the series Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Kamina. He added this picture as a reference. Of course I googled “Kamina Tattoo” I printed the tattoo designs out and told him I can make stencils to match the image he sent me. we meet for a rehearsal appointment. I had the stencils I cut ready to airbrush the tattoo costume parts onto his chest, arms and back to achieve the Kamina tattoo’s he had wanted. I asked James if he would be a guest on my blog?! I asked him to write a little something about his experience with WFA and a little something about the event he had planned on attending and this is what he wrote! “JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?” That line was said many times by me and by those who recognized me. Kotoricon has completed and the costume was a great success! My name is James Collinsworth and I went to Wild Flower Artist with a mission. The mission was to complete my cosplay, costume playing, Kamina from the anime Gurren Lagann. The reason I needed to go to Linda - WFA was Kamina, the man who I was cosplaying as at Kotoricon, has tattoos. Kotoricon is like a smaller San Diego Comic Con, but held within the campus of Rowan College at Gloucester County. And instead of paying a lot of money and getting permanent tattoos, I decided to get them airbrushed on. So after a few talks, some concept design on both of our parts, Linda - WFA applied wonderfully airbrushed tattoos that looked just like the ones from the Anime. All the compliments I got on my costume were about how well the tattoos looked. And I was stopped a lot for my picture. The tattoos were by far the piece that was most complimented on. I was genuinely astounded about how they turned out and how many times I got complimented on them. While I was only able to take two pictures of myself at the convention, I wish I could have taken more but it felt almost as if I was a celebrity during the convention. On the first night, I couldn't make it around half of the convention without being stopped at least 10 times. I know that one of the people who did take my picture was from the Philadelphia inquirer but I'm not sure when or if it will be posted. People were asking if they were real or if I did them myself. I told them to contact Linda from www.WildFlowerArtist.com she is a multi-talented painter-artist. Linda told me this is the first time she was asked to do tattoo for Kotoricon, it ended up more than I could have imagined and it gave me the confidence I needed to pull off the bombastity the character required. In the end I was happier than I could have imagined. I would most certainly go back for any other character with tattoos and recommend Linda the owner of Wild Flower Artist to anyone who wished to have temporary body art for any event or convention.
