  1. Valid only for weekday bookings Mondays-Thursday, excludes major holidays.
  2. Two Hour or longer booking required.
  3. Additional travel charges may apply. All fees are subject to mileage charges for more than 30 miles travel outside of Gibbstown NJ 08027. Everything with a 30 mile/30 minute radius of Gibbstown NJ 08027 will be FREE NO TRAVEL FEE. In cases where distance traveled is longer than 30 miles/30 minute there will be a $.65 per mile charge as well as any toll or parking fees…
  4. Reservations required and subject to availability please fill out the “Event Availability Form”
  5. A signed agreement and information sheet along with half (½) of party booking total is required deposit to secure the booking date agreed upon between client and artist. Verbal booking dates will be held for five (5) business days. Please note that until signed agreement and deposit is received, your date will be considered “unconfirmed” and open to alternate bookings. The deposit is non refundable should the client decide to cancel the event one (1) week prior to the event date. In the case of postponement, WFA will work with you to accommodate an alternate date one (1) time. However, if a mutually agreeable date is not determined the deposit is retained by WFA. Balance is due upon date of service.
